We are looking for an enthusiastic MEP BIM Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in MEP services, who is proficient in using Revit software. The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced BIM team, supporting the development and delivery of a range of projects.
Responsibility:
- Develop MEP models using Autodesk Revit software
- Work Independently or in collaboration with the Design or BIM team to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Create and maintain families, templates and libraries as per project requirements.
- Generate drawings, schedules, and other project documents as required.
- Attend meetings with clients and other project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (architecture, Interior, structure, Facade) in the BIM environment.
- Resolve design issues and clashes as they arise
- Keep up to date with industry developments and standards
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling using Revit
- Familiarity with the BIM process and workflows
- Proficiency in Revit software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software
